This was my favourite exchange, even bought a bot to trade upon it.

But lately, withdrawals and deposits are like playing a lottery.

-I've waited 15 days for a GAS deposit.
-I've some DGB disappeared in a ghost transaction since 9th of February. Txid:  66511f67a1763b958331893781b3ca37a8e01d138053fba9fddf81848b1f5be8
-I wanted to withdraw some "CLAM" waited for 1 hour and did not process withdraw, then i canceled. In the same time, on bittrex they processed in a minute.
-Yesterday I have deposited some NXC and FLDC. The first ones, arrived after 5 hours tx showing on chain, the FLDC still missing.

I am afraid I'll have to abandon this exchange.

Binance works fine right now and many have already shifted from polo and bittrex because of their shady TOS and hidden KYC policy. Also binance have high daily withdrawal limit for unverified users and also withdrawals get processed within few minutes.

Most of the alts which I used to trade on polo and bittrex is on binance but I still recommend everyone to use multiple exchange platform to limit risk of losing all when one get busted/hacked.

SISAR has been waiting for his litecoin withdrawal to get processed for a year now.

BCH withdrawal resulted in error but neither coins were returned to my account nor daily withdraw limit was reseted.

https://imgur.com/a/CAJmp

I had the same issue with LTC like a year ago and I still got none back, even after multiple support tickets. Selective scamming, I guess.

This was my favourite exchange...

it was my favorite exchange too, I remember the times I spent hours in the trollbox while doing trade, it was very good until I heard many people complaining about poloniex and I decided to leave poloniex, because they already had trollbox closed so there was nothing that I could do on the polo.

Now you're in big trouble because poloniex does not answer support tickets and this is already months and they do not solve this problem

But lately, withdrawals and deposits are like playing a lottery.

this means that poloniex is really bad

SISAR has been waiting for his litecoin withdrawal to get processed for a year now.

 Shocked

This is a long time, I wonder when will the police take action against exchange like poloniex

Generally, deposit and withdrawals problems only occur on altcoins. And because there are lots of tickets on qued, they are having a hard time dealing on the new tickets until it become forgotten.

I just did some BITCOIN withdrawal recently in Poloniex and all goes smoothly. Im not a verified account. Last month, I deposited NEM and ETH and all goes smoothly as usual. So I don't know what's the problem occur on other alts during deposits and withdrawals.

Well with your experienced like that, you really have reasons now to abandon that exchange. It's your decision.

Unfortunately I cannot say main coins are without problems. 2 months ago the same thing happened with 10LTC withdraw (complete and tx not present on chain). It was fixed after 7 days or so.
I don't understand why a good exchange like poloniex fails in a delicate matter like deposits and withdrawals.

Another example adds to the list:

yesterday I deposited some GAMEcredits.  TX   42257eb155cd0d3903fe1b1517ed2a32c1128649aa1c537560ffd058515fde25

Not show up in balance.

FLDC arrived after 48 hours.

DGB still missing after 3 weeks.

Well, one would expect that the recent $400 million acquisition of Poloniex exchange by Circle will give them a boost and these complains will cease to exist. I understand support tickets are much in the queue without being attended to but hopefully all that should clear out once Circle begins to deploy effective strategies soon enough else they will lose to serious competitors within a short period.

I'm very intrigued to see how this is going to work. As far as I know it's the first time a clapped out crypto staple has been bought by a much slicker and more professional operation. Is it going to be a seamless transition or a total reboot?

There must be coins on there they have no interest in supporting. And who knows what horrors are hiding deep inside the code? It's going to be an interesting one to watch.

I've never had an issue with Poloniex myself in terms of actual functionality, but I've never dabbled with the more obscure coins and I waited 3-4 months to get verified. I didn't do anything on there until verification was complete.

today the "game" deposit appeared, so i wanted to make a test and deposited again, and appeared very fast (waiting for 80 confirmations  Roll Eyes ) it's clear to me sometimes there is some job locked or crashed and they restart it the next day.

I hate to be that guy but Poloniex in my opinion has never been any good. I hope with the recent acquisition though they will do some needed changes.

Many currencies, also tokens can have network problems. So just asure, that the delay isn't caused by the coin itself. When you are sure, that this is not the problem, open again a ticket with all relevant details like txid, date, cryptocurrency and screenshots. If that doesn't help, post on their social channels and post here again at Scam section.

Update:

after only 43 days my dgb appeared on destination address. Of course, like ALWAYS, they have lost at least 40% of value in satoshis...

issue is closed.

I wonder if it's because of circle buying Poloniex that they finally sent you the money, but that was for sure a long time to just get your Digibyte withdrawal through with a legitimate txid. Weird that they provided you with that false txid earlier though. Or perhaps they were manipulating the markets by dumping people's coins and then later sending it to them when the price goes down. Who knows.

All your problems are pretty common with poloniex customers, basically every delay that you can think of with deposits and withdrawals you will be able to find someone with that problem on poloniex.

It was one of my favourite exchanges as well, but I've stopped using it ever since they went downhill with their support and later said that they will get rid of the legacy accounts altogether which was the last straw.

With their current level of support incompetency, I would avoid them altogether.

Suddenly, another addition to this infamous history of events:

yesterday I tried to move some cynereo AMP from Poloniex to Bittrex, luckily I made a test with 30 dollars value, the AMP withdrawal resulted in (red) error on poloniex, then unlocked today after almoust 24hours, and completed correctly.

Of course, AMP value dropped today, so resulted in another loss.
