At the moment, I am waiting for market growth as I want to sell a few tokens but they are now very little worth, and also need to select some coins that can be kept for a long period of time.

I think in the world of cryptocurrency trading it is very hard to make a strict plan and follow them. Because in cryptos you never know what could be and what will come. So thats why i think its not very helpful to make a strict plan. I do not hae one,i just go with the flow from the market!

Mostly my trading plan includes doing research on an altcoin that I am interested in to make sure that the coin is a good one which has a lot of potential to do well. Then I check the charts of the coin to know if the current price of the coin is at a high or a low, if it is at a low then iI buy the coin but if it is at a high I do not buy the coin but instead wait till the price falls

I think every person must be different in trading, if my strategy in playing trading would be anything the point we have to be careful and do not be careless and do not dirty if you want the result we want to satisfy.

In order for this strategy to work effectively, you must first buy the right token. But usually it happens that there are very few really promising coins. The bulk of coins are not promising.

Mostly my trading plan has always ben to buy when the price of an altcoin goes down then buy as much as I can afford, wait for the price to go back up then sell again. I am not  a pro though so this is how i make sure I don't make losses

There are times where you have to decide how long you hold the position before you decide to sell it. You can also do a long-term strategy that aims to gain profit from a positive swap. I think it is wise to use different strategies to trade different coins. Some of them are suitable for long term holding and some of them are suitable  for short term holding. So it depends.
