What are the strategies that you use for take more profit whether you are in short term trading or long term trading ?

My Trading Plan is always simple. Buy Low, Hold - Hold - Hold and Sell High.
Thanks for Tether USDT because when the market will suddenly drop then I am going to sell my Altcoins into Ethereum and Ethereum into USDT and my USDT will stay until the market the lowest dip in the bloodbath.
When I think that my favorite Altcoins is low enough then I'm going to convert my USDT into Ethereum and buy my favorite Altcoins because this time they're more cheaper than before and we all know that almost every Crypto coins will pump up back so this kind of trading plan is more effective and you will earn a lot of money.

My plan is to take out the investment when prices are increasing and rest keep for long term. When price decreases I keep stop loss at 10 % lower the buying prices or may be I buy more at lower prices when project is good.
