Hello, I am one of the most reputable merit sources (I'm lying, with something public as merit stats, there was no reason for theymos not to give me hundreds of sMerits, any abuse from my part could have resulted in Deleted/Off-limits/Ignored, I would put it on theymos being busy and overwhelmed by the work and say that he didn't think about this too much). We need a sticky in meta for merit, ranking up is now up to 57 people, they need one place to go to check for the members in need of merits to rank up. How many stickies do we have containing all the rules and information about everything? and how many threads do we have asking the questions with their answers already in the stickies? either make a child board in meta for merits or a sticky.
I would like to ask any member of this forum in need of merits to rank up, have 30 posts more than your activity points, provide me with information, answer a few questions like how many walkers have you killed, or how many people have you killed and why? make sure to be connected with your real IP, so that theymos could call the police. lol. How could I open a lightning channel? if you provide the information needed to open a channel, you will receive 7 merits just for that (I don't have more than 7 right now) I will then beg theymos for sMerits to send to you after viewing your posts (if they are merit worthy). I could give you a task every week, anybody could reserve a spot, if you have 30 more posts than your activity points and need merits, reserve a spot by posting, then update your post with the information. everything about merits is public, I want to help @theymos, I would only help people if they know some basics of crypto. how many members I could help would depend on how many sMerits you would give me. Disclaimer: I haven't yet merited anybody seriously as a merit source, because the initial source merit you gave me was considered as an insult, really it felt like an insult.

I'm smarter than you, I've told you that posting simple links is not accepted, one other thing, you must have 30 more posts than your activity. Please quote me to see how you could make it acceptable. anybody posting these already available links by these 2 members above in proper format, would get the merits. you two, could delete your posts or leave them be. I have them saved for myself. Note, I don't want your posts to be long, please follow my example. however I will properly format everything and will post a new topic with just the links or would ask Lauda to put them all on her sticky in this section. If I could show theymos that I have merited people for something useful, I might receive more sMerits in the future. having more of them, I could remember your contributions and reward you with more than these small amounts. I'm planning to stick around as a source and help for a long time. i wasted my 6 hours for this Maybe if you had just spent a couple of minutes reading the requirements you would have saved yourself the 6 hours. Requirements: you must have 30 more posts than your activity. E.g; if you have 50 activity, you must have 80 posts to be eligible for 5 merits.
From what I've seen so far not spending enough time reading before posting seems to be the biggest obstacle to most Newbies and Jr Members gaining merit. |

Problem with the whole low quality posts, having merits as requirement for ranking up. is at display on this topic. you were asked to do something properly. instead some of you had to be sloppy with your job. every merit source would like the same thing, either follow the instructions given to you or when you are posting, make it useful, helpful, write in a nice formatting. Here I didn't ask you to be like nullius, I just asked you to do it right, even provided some examples. despite that, some people didn't put the minimum effort, this is worse when there are no examples, no guidelines. I asked for 18 years old girl, instead a married woman and some old woman tried to fool me into jumping them with my eyes closed. E.g: block #459000 #459320 #462000. hint: the first empty block after block #500,000 is block #500,044 what I want is just like this: #500,044 #500,140 etc.Reward: 4 instant merits. goes to the first person posting with the correct formatting. |

He he, that's cool, well I did nothing but I will, as I said, give my sMerit / I think "s" stands for "sendable" instead of "source"/ to the winner of the last task. Being like nullius is not an option here, even being 10% nullius is hard, this man is a legend, c'mon. His knowledge, expression and humor are far beyond the capabilities of the 95% of the users here /including me/. There is no point for me making my own giveaway, coz I get only a few points from time to time so, better to use someone's service like yours and make the ones that deserve, happier  So my points go to ... That's it for now. I even gave 1 merit to Oygen because of the extra work of providing each block with a link to the block explorer. Carisba, I just discovered that you have got some negative feedback from a DT member for copy-pasting unknowingly. I'm sure that you didn't mean to fool me with that post. it wasn't even what I was looking for.
If you could nicely ask ibminer to reconsider with his/her(what now? "her"?) feedback, because even if you were trying to cheat, that I would consider a constructive cheating. providing accurate and useful information, just not the info I was looking for.
It feels like that I am considered to be incompetent, as if that I couldn't tell the difference between a copy-paste and original information. if I had given him those 4-7 merits for his copy-paste post, I would be the one deserving a neg trust.

Task: Find empty blocks from block number #20,000 and #500,000. I want them sent to me via PM. I will put them on pastebin and will update my OP with a reference link.
Reward: 7 instant merits.
Requirements: you must have 30 more posts than your activity. e.g: if you have 60 activity, you must have 90 posts. if you have 100 activity, you must have 130 posts. (shameless self promotion, I'm looking for some nice girl for the sole holy purpose of jumping. preferably 18 years old, with no parents, because I don't want to spend money here. I want an orphan girl in need of a place to crash for a few days. I could only offer her lunch and dinner, I would also gag her, I don't want my parents to find out).
