My Account "jtnichol" was hacked and stolen last August

Now Open Platform company is using it for their ANN Pages.

They revealed to me accidentally in a PM on Reddit they bought my account from someone.

what can be done? All attempts to get the account back 5 days ago from them have failed. Not sure what to do.

I'm done talking to them and they are supposedly moving forward with private sale ICO or something today and won't be returning the account immediately.

Thanks for this.  Apparently this "signing" thing has already been done on my account. In fact, it was the first post from the hacked account. here's the link.

In fact the very next message after that was the ANN page by Open Platform...but I digress.

So now what?  Does that Bitcoin signed message effectively "lock" this account for good?

Even though my face can be seen in earlier posts via video?

If you used an address in one of your posts before the staked one even if that post was deleted, you can refer to its location and sign a message with it, normally even non Bitcoin addresses are accepted.
If the only proof that you have is your identity then try to contact the admins, they are the only ones that can help you here.

Well as the topic, that I referred you to, said, try to contact Cyrus and give him valid proofs, if you didn't get an answer from him then contact theymos with evidence. Only these two can help you. Good luck.
