I am the head developer of the alternate crypto currency called Cloudcoin. My small group of developers and I started Cloudcoin with big plans in mind. We want to make the safest, simplest and fastest online global currency that is accepted everywhere.

We are stand for future, and we want to use the power of internet to create the future of online payment. As part of our plan we want to work with companies like amazon, google, apple, and microsoft to create The Online Currency, and also establish our own online stores all over the world.

1, For our first project we are going to need an overall 15 BTC:
        This will include the purchase and maintenance of our own secure network, which will back up all of our programs, and stores for the future.
        The creation of our first two online stores (one in USA, one in EU)
        Stock investment.


2, After the establishment of our network, we will be able to move on to the next step; which is the partnership with online trading sites. For the second part of our project I cannot estimate a financial need yet, because it will depends on the incomes of our programs and stores that will be launched in the first project.

Loans and Interest:

We are accepting loans over 0.3BTC. The guaranteed interest rate on loans is 10% per week. For a month long loan we  ensure an overall 42% interest rate. Please note that these interest are the guaranteed minimum, if we meet our financial requirements and able to start our online stores and sites, revenues can exceed the general ones, but will stays under a monthly 50%.

Loans can be requested for withdrawn before the set time period, but they will not receive interest rate.

I fully understand your concern, but I know what I am doing. Everything was calculated prior. As we are finishing up the programing, we want to start our first project as soon as possible. For us time is money and we although we overall lose money with the first project, we will obtain much greater revenue later on.

We also already have multiple services such as online wallets, trading site implementations. We are just ready now to go onto the next project, which will require financial support.

We need the money to bring alive the already created programs and trading sites.

Please note that this interest rate is only available for the first project. Tye second project will require more money and resources, thus interest will be lower.

I don't think you understand my concern at all. If you know what you are doing, then you intentionally made a loan offer that any rational person would think was a Ponzi scheme. So you meant to borrow money only from irrational people?

You've been given several chances. You still haven't explained why the interest rate is so high. We're waiting.

A much more rational explanation is that the risk is so absurdly high that only such an absurdly high interest rate would convince anyone to lend you money. You have yet to provide any information by which the risk associated with lending could be assessed. All the evidence you've provided, particularly the interest rate, suggests the risk is outrageous.
