This is my first time participating in a bounty program but if I get a token from bounty I will invest my token or exchange it for better coins like bitcoin or ethereum.

I immediately make it as a Bitcoin or I trade again every day to earn a profit every day or long term. I will not sell it if the coin is distributed to my wallet because it will make it drop the value of the coin, of course.

If the price is above the ICO price I don't want to take the risk too long to hold the token when the market is not stable. or can split some parts. some on sale and partly for the hold. but I often sell almost all tokens that I received if the price is above the ICO price.

If you have not so much experience so please be aware that taking the financial advices from others is only your responsibility. In my opinion it always better to give to projects some time to get developed or pumped... Like 2-3 years.

I try to keep them as long as possible and not sell them as they can show very high growth

If I do not need the funds, then I prefer to hold it. Because who knows later in the future the price of coins is better, indeed the choice of holding a coin is very risky, but if we want to be patient, everything will be fine.

For the tokens I received from bounties I joined. Some if there is only a small value at the time of receiving it I hold for a little time and sell them when it gets higher and to some that has a  value  above ICO price I sold them right away as the price of the tokens or coins is unpredictable. It is good to hold if it is bitcoin or eth or top coins but those from ICO I am really a bit worried when I should hodl them that long.

After receiving a reward of generosity, I prefer not to sell tokens, but leave them for the long term. To make a profit.

After receiving the token I just hold it for long to get more profit. Holding is the best option but if you see the price of the coin is high in the market then sell it immediately, after that you may buy etherum and bitcoin.

I am familiar with people who also participate in generosity companies. Some of them do not rush to sell received Tokines, others on the contrary, immediately after the issue of tokens the exchange is sold. My friend advised me to send them to EtherDelta. When receiving tokens, place orders for the sale of x2 - x10 (depending on the project) and just wait until they are purchased.
What do you do with the received tokens?
I just start doing bounty campaigns last year and a have few coins since most bounty takes 3-5 months and once i received coins just keep holding it hoping to bouble or tripple its price but since we are bearish from the first half of 2018 the value of my coins are keep depreciating maybe next time i received a coin a should sell half and hold the half for long term.

will hold these reward tokens for the future or i will use them i buying other valuable coins. This may result in good profit as it is the main reason i am here for. Or in some case i will sell that coins when their prices will reach higher.

It seems that most of the bounty tokens are sold on the first exchange at the first opportunity, people rarely appreciate what they got for free. Personally, I myself sell half of the tokens, and the rest I hold for a long time.

I usually just hold on to them and watch the markets. If it 10x's or something like that I'll sell. 2x MAYBE I'll sell if I want to get into something else

after I got my reward, I hold it because there's a time that the price goes down
so then I just wait until the price recover to sell it to make a good profit

My primary action is to hold, the rewards are not always satisfactory... So I just hold for long and wait if it rises in the nearest future... But for those that comes out good enough, I see immediately in order to meet my financial and immediate needs.

Holding is important. Don't sell the coins as soon as you get them. Keep it with you for a while. But don't keep it for a long time. Keep your eye on the market. And if you think the coin can no longer go higher then sell it.
holding is important to get maximum from a token / coin. but in fact the price will continue to decline and continue to fall. it takes a very long time for the price to recover. so it is their right to sell them directly when they receive a token

I sell half of the reward received for the current uene and leave the other half in the long haul in the hope that it will grow well. It happens of course in different ways, but I still hope for good growth.

Sell these. Many of them cannot survive.
So there's no need to hold them for too long and make a profit in time.

What do you do with the received tokens?

I look at the price by which I can sell the tokens, if I'm happy with the price - I sell, if not - I do not sell, I also analyze the potential of the coin. Because there are projects where if the coin does not rise in price at once - it will be almost impossible to rise to it
