pcie x16 with pcie x1 extension connected to a pcie x16 Gpu

would that give me the same Hash as if i just plugged the card in??

hope it doesnt seem like a stupid question

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

really the smaller cable umm doesnt look like it can send much info which = slower

It doesn't need to send much, though. Only when you find a share or the block changes does it ever send anything, so it doesn't matter if the communications are a little slower - they're plenty good enough.
