⇾ Security review for new altcoin

Looking for a blockchain/cryptocurrency expert - particularly an expert in Dash. I would like somebody to perform a code review of a new altcoin based on Dash (v0.12.2.x), paying specific attention to difficulty algo, subsidy reward scaling, etc.
