All a little misunderstood the value of bounty campaign .

I think this topic shall move in economy (services). Since from the start till right now, I never seen Yahoo in bounty threads even his shadows. I also heard the news about a good campaign manager and yahoo is one of the best. I am assuming also to become a campaign manager but I guess it is really hard to handle a bounty.
If yahoo is really good then the OP should follow him. I think it will become difficult to start up without any experience in managing campaign. It is just walking amidst the darkness so better try to refer for a good CM.

Fast Forward today.. many people from different parts of the world, make a living off bounties and thus, join bounties to make short term profits. They often have no idea what the project is about nor do they care. They are enrolled in 5-10 different bounties at the same time, ( that's about 100 different projects a year). Their facebook page is filled with ICO posts, which i doubt is getting any exposure to real people. Just think about, your friend is posting 10 ICO a day, everyday, would you even bother looking at it?

Also, they will do generic post across social media and BTT, with no real insight.

I'll tell you a little about the interaction with our customers.

From the beginning, everything went well: an agreement was concluded with the customer (customer insisted on this). Bounty manager successfully completed the bounty. He made all the calculations and prepared a list of bounty participants and all statistics. But the customer refused to fulfill the last payment (although this was spelled out in the agreement).  He promised to pay after he received all the statistics and information about the participants. Of course, he is lying, because after that he will not pay anything.  Therefore,  manager firmly decided not to give statistics before payment.

At the moment we are negotiating with the customer who violates the terms of the contract and does not fulfill the promise (I did not include it in the story, but the customer repeatedly broke promises.) Of course, there can not be any confidence in him for obvious reasons.

I agree with you, now there are a lot of impostors - bounty managers who have neither experience nor knowledge.  These managers have been using the forum for a month and therefore imagined themselves to be good specialists. The section "Marketplace" is filled with their offers and search of customers.

The answer to your question:
We, too, already have a lot of experience and talent, ~20 bounty campaigns confirm this. We are competing and serious. We value our reputation and therefore, our goal is for the customer to be satisfied with the results.

P.S. Most managers have no idea about "professional ethics" and therefore, their goal is money.  Our team is aimed at maximizing the project's progress and increasing the bounty's campaign indicators. There are too many managers on the forum who say a lot and do little. This disgusts me. Therefore, in conclusion I will quote the famous proverb:
