Sounds good. Keep in mind that WAVES would have to drop ~30% from it's current value compared to BTC, and that you are always able to add additional collateral or partially repay the loan so that the margin value stays fine.

I can match DarkStar_'s terms, but requiring only 140% collateral. I understand I am far less established here than DarkStar, so we can do the transfer in fractions as the BTC transaction fee is very low right now. Also willing to take NEO as collateral. Your collateral will be sold if it drops to <105% of its current BTC value, unless you keep boosting it to 140%.

In the event that the value of the collateral falls below 105% of the principle then I would have the right (but not obligation) to sell the collateral at the best available price, as quickly as possible. (After gives a chance add additional collateral)
In the case that I am not able to sell the collateral for an amount enough to cover the principle plus interest then you  would owe me the difference.
