I've never seen this - 13 Volts is weird... "standard" is 12V ... Every PC Power Supply has that, better PSU also can supply 14 and more AMps

Id have to double check the amperage on mine,

but I have a tripplite that can output up to 18vdc, would have to check the amp. out though.
