Really depends on the market right now, all eyes are on BTC. Or should be on Bitcoin. Likely alts are completely REKT right now, if BTC goes up, alts will go down, if BTC goes down alts will go down aswell. If Bitcoin can set another bullrun in we will see another altrun aswell likely but I'm personally very bearish.

Long term this year, I think Ethereum would hit $2000, I just can't say when. The recent dip in price of Ethereum is because of the new proposal that was proposed that caused one of the team member to resign, when the air is clear about this then we can expect the price to pick up also.

I believe it's just going to reflect on the market growth as a whole! Right now the market is starting to come back. We're experiencing another dip right now. But it's just repeating what happens every year! I don't think there's much to worry about, but ETH might not be the best coin to hodl got short term. For me personally, I hodl my ETH for long term! I believe that the scheme of chart always same year by year. Let's wait until Q3-Q4 of this year. All coins will be in last price before down. And exactly will more higher than last year highest.

For this year, $12,000 is very small target in which i believed ethereum will hit $1,500 mark for this year because lot of good development that are happening in favor of Ethereum right now which mean that many investors will coming in. In addition, most ICO are using the ethereum platform for their token projects which means purchasing of this coin will never stop.

I believe that with the growth of bitcoin, all the altcoins will return to their former prices. Remember how in the spring of 2017 all the coins were growing. I think the same thing will happen this year and in the spring the ethereum will update its highs.

I agree with what you are saying here. It is possible to earn quick profits by selling ETH at the current moment, but the big profits lie in the long term which is why I am HODLING my ETH for the long term. The primary reason why I feel that ETH will rise is due to an upcoming rally by bitcoin due to the integration of the Lightning network which will help majority of the crypto market become bullish causing a big spike in the value of ETH. In such a scenario, I am expecting ETH to touch $1500 and it will continue rising.

The market is not too stable, so it still can't be predicted yet, but now the market is slowly healing, and eth price is slowly recover, eth price never rise suddenly, eth rise with slow, so this year maybe can reach 1200$ but need to be patience because there are no big event that can elevate the price yet

Base on the cycle or move of ethereum like they develop it in some exchanger,wallet and in transaction or as a mode of payment i think the price will go so high in the future so better to buy anytime like now because i think after a few from now the price or value go really high in the future but still there's no assurance in any coins here even btc so better to always think the possibility that can happen here in the future.

I think the current can be difficult, because the cryptocurrency market is a bear market,  and the investment of the ICO project people less and less, so the market supply and demand imbalance, I think the price of the ETH will fall further.

Just understand that every coin in the market is suffering as of the moment and are still waiting for their turn to fly. Anyway, there is no news needed for Ethereum to grow. Ethereum is a very solid project that have already proven a lot of things in the crypto world. There is no unnecessary hyping needed for legit coins to soar high. They will grow naturally because of the great features they offer.

If you bought when it was 1200$ i am sorry but you need to wait few months more to hit 12000 again.
Etehereum is now under pressure and the only way for over 1000 is related to bitcoin price.
If bitcoin go over 15000 usd than we will see ethereum around 1200 usd.
