I believe it will happen, but no one can know for sure! Now Ethereum price still depend on the increase in the price of Bitcoin. If the Bitcoin price goes up Ethereum will also rise. Many new cryptocurrencies are running now on the Ethereum Blockchain and this, of course, increase the value of Ether.
