What's a great site/app to trade from? Coinbase is nice, but there's only four listed to buy from.
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Definitely Binance.

Low fees, high volume and solid alt coin selection! I recommend buying the Binance coin (BNB) prior to your first trade so your not left with dust (partial coins that are untradable) in your account.

I prefer Kraken Kraken, but only in a desktop version. Their app is full of bugs and I still haven’t studied it out.Poloniex app seems to be good, but it’s not an official one. For the moment, Cex app is probably the best, well, still not perfect. Bitcoin exchanges have real problems with mobile developers. lol

I like both Binance and Kucoin. They have android apps and they are easy to use. The only drawback i see in Binance is that it has limits on minimum of coin you can trade.

I like most of all Bitfinex. I do not know how to undergo verification. But everything else suits me.
