In crypto market, every news can affect the prices very easily to the upwards and downwards both. So, good news can make the market grow and can make people happy investing again.

That is right because so far the year has been bearish and not a great deal of optimism can be seen in the market from potential investors but there is this concept of risk takers as well who speculate the future prices and if the future prices are more than the current market prices, they go for investment and such people are found in every market. Hopefully the market will recover in the last quarter and those holding their coins right now might make some money as well.

It doesn't really make sense that the market will be in the red across the whole year. need to some major changes are required in terms of regulations. It should be good to the market.
