As usually, if UPS loses the package in transit, I will issue a full refund and will file a claim with UPS - just like it should be. However, if UPS delivers and it was signed for, my transaction is complete and it's up to your local police department to file a theft report for stolen goods.
You'll also need an Avalon Controller. They can be had for like $130 new. However, it's just a Raspberry Pi with an image you can download and flash to a card. I can do this for you FOR FREE and include it in the box, as I have a few extra Raspberry Pi boards. But it will delay shipment a couple of days as I flash and verify the controller. You'd make more money if you just buy the unit and I ship immediately, and while you wait you can get an Raspberry Pi and flash the image yourself so when it arrives, plug in and go!
