I really like the fact that they have already a platform. This gives the whole ICO way more reliability.

I think this may take time, each country has his own legislation to follow. I'm going through the whitepaper however to know more. |

Thanks for your answer, I have seen in the whitepaper in 2018 it’s going to be available in some countries but I would want to know if it's going to be in early or in late 2019.

Neurochain project is promoting community construction, and all kinds of bounty activities are in progress. Unfortunately, there are no signatures. The project roadmap has planned the development of the next 2 years, and it looks good.
As per their roadmap expansion is planned for 2023, still a long time to go. |

Well, projects like these need time. Something, where Neurochain is ahead of the competition, is that it has already a working platform. This really is going to be a huge project. So investors for this project shouldn't be impatient and should be in for a long haul. But I think it will be all worth it in the end. |
