Curecoin and Gridcoin are my 2 favorites in regards to Crypto's for a cause.  And the only 2 that really have any sort of business plan to actually help.   As you earn coins (mine) for running programs on your computer that help research things like finding cure for cancer and other diseases.   Not gimmicky like so many others I see.

In fact, there are already a lot of such coins that either try to help poverty or spread natural inexhaustible resources!  And you will not list all!

I think it became a goal of almost all crypto. However, in order to make it manifest need a lot of preparations that have to be developed. There are still many areas that have yet to be accessed by the internet and is becoming a serious obstacle. If indeed the goal has a stellar should be able to see the problems there also besides poverty but a cause which led to it happening.

I know that Stellar is looking to expand access to low-cost financial services to fight poverty. Are there other cryptos out there with missions like this?

Actually there are many projects that at least since they were conceived in a whitepaper had an idealistic aim seeking to contribute to a more just society, often under a libertarian paradigm of the economy, as in fact the bitcoin had in the beginning. Obviously the massive entry of speculative capital has ruined the idealism behind bitcoin, but projects with well-defined ideals are continually emerging, of which some of the most recent I have known are EqualCoin, Swifdemand and Mannabase.
