Will the price of bitcoin collapse if everyone withdraw and cash out? There is a large chance for this to happen.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

No. People invest in BTC securities because they want a BTC return - if anything, they'll sit on their BTC and hoard them.
