I has same problem, but now it's working, just wait for 2-3 min for 2FA e-mail.

Been sat waiting for 55 minutes for it ;-) but support are in touch after only 5 minutes after ticket submission :-) seems like they are on the ball again (one of the good features i like about the exchange :-) )
