Capital Coin was founded on the principles of freedom, free trade and ability to conduct commerce without being tracked by any authoritative institution, or governmental entity.

The old wallet is no longer needed and you can delete the roaming folder (including old wallet.dat) before starting the new chain.

I don't know why Dev team decide to reset old chain.
