Like you ! I would like also to know that is the best price for the designated rank I want to buy. Once, the merit system goes out, I came to an idea to buy some already accounts with a high ranked account so that I can't be pressure to find some people that can give me a merit, in order for my account to be ranked up position or at least become a full member.

Good catch on this one.  I didn't tag the other guy, since he was just giving his general opinion on buying accounts.  If I saw him actually expressing interest in buying an account, then I'd give him negative trust.

Wow, but what's the point of buying Newbie accounts when you can make unlimited number of Newbie accounts yourself for free? Or maybe some people are too lazy to make such high number of accounts themselves... Now with new rank requirements only ICO bumping services can be interested in such offers.

I would always advise everyone to tag them also yourself. You may be not on DT today, but it can happen that you will be on DT someday later. And it's not unlikely that someone can become a DT member very soon due to the recent changes, even if you don't expect it yet.
