40 Acres Ranch Land Southeast Oregon For Sale $20,000

DESCRIPTION

This land is zoned Agricultural-Recreational, so you can grow things and have fun! (If you want to build your dream house, the land must be rezoned, consult an expert.)

This would be the perfect land for your underground hidden bunker! If you’re into that…
Or, just hold onto it as an investment.  (sorry, I do not have exact GPS coordinates, see description of Whitehorse Ranch)

I call it tundra, it is relatively flat, some brush and scrub. The land is adjoining Whitehorse Ranch, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whitehorse_Ranch there is a seasonal creek. There is nothing else around. Nothing but big wide open sky.

The following pictures were taken by a friend who was in the general vicinity, I have not been to the property myself. The nearest town is Burns Junction, Oregon. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burns_Junction,_Oregon
Land use is subject to applicable land use laws and regulations.

Annual property taxes are under $200 per year. Taxes are paid and current.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION

In the State of Oregon County of Malheur, described as AT BURNS JUNCTION, IN T34S R39E W.M. SECTION 9: THE NW ¼ OF THE SW 1/4 (40 ACRES) TRACT 934C

Is this your land or are you just advertising an offer you saw? I'm interested and just looking for a little clarification. You state that you've never seen it which is why I'm puzzled.

Yes, I own it, clear title.

I bought it on ebay a few years ago. Sight unseen.

APN Number? It's almost impossible to find the property using just the legal description.

When you bought it on eBay, you bought it paid in full right? Many land auctions on eBay have lots of fine print saying the winning bid is for the down payment only, and that you would have to make monthly payments as well.

How are you conveying title? Quitclaim deed?

Sorry, it's really hard to buy real estate based off a link to an adjacent property.

Didn't the eBay auction you bought it on have the APN number? It's pretty standard whenever selling bare land without a house on it.

I was a realtor for over 10 years, and buying any land without being able to pull title on it is a big no no.

And unfortunately, can't pull the title without an address or APN number.

You mean the property tax ID #? I would furnish that by PM to a serious offer/negotiation.

APN, Assessors Parcel Number.

When a property doesn't have an address, like vacant land, then APN is used to identify it.

Just trying to help.
