need to send a money order in the US in exchange of BTC

I offered to help with 100$ someone in the US in dire need, and have used Western Union in the past-

I find them a bit expensive and would prefer to pay someone in bitcoins who could do a money order maybe? Is a money order the easiest, simplest way to send cash to someone in the US?

Is someone in the US willing to do this transaction for me? for 250 BTC?
