Hey guys,

So I am currently looking to scout for a team of developers to work with us on a very exciting ICO product/project which will deliver the first of its kind within the crypto currency trading space.

Here are just some of the challenges I have identified with current exchanges, platforms, and other networks:
1. Safety;
2. Scamming, fraudulent activities;
3. Imitation crypto products being sold as the original;
4. Not user friendly, some platforms and exchanges suck, and can intimidate novice traders;
5. High fees;
6. Limited pairing options;
7. Zero pricing flexibility;

The product/project I am currently working on will be solving all of that and more.

With the right A team, I believe this project would be the very first of its kind and the end product we are aiming for, is something that would allow for the safest peer 2 peer supported trading, offering limitless freedom in pairing options and pricing flexibility.

Ideally, I would love to speak with people who are competent and experienced within the following areas:

1. Scalability & Interoperability (ICO coding flexibility/reversibility)
2. Blockchain design and development
2. ICO - smart contract protocol for trustless transactions
3. Familiarity with BlockCAT and its technology

With that said, please contact me if you think you have what it takes to join us, I'd love to talk to you further.

Thanks for your time,

Could you please describe what do you have so far? You identified the problems but didn't specify HOW you are going to solve them? Or the person you are looking for is supposed to solve them? In this case why do that person needs you? Whats your role? Experience? Background? What about financing? I'm not a candidate as I don't know the exchanges domain but I just think all the people who can help you would ask at least this questions.

Prefer to discuss details with the interested candidates. Of course we have a solution, simply seeking the development side of it.

The reason I wrote you that message is that there is not enough information to attract anyone. I was trying to help. There are no lack of jobs for developers on the market. The way you are writing your messages, introducing yourself and describing the project tells a lot about you.
Good luck Wink
