I am the owner of the account Droganan. I was hacked after downloading a supposed trading bot that I was given a link to from a pm here. I lost access to my account here and my btc-e account is also compromised. I don't give a rat's ass about my btc-e account but I care about my account here. I don't want anyone getting scammed and me being blamed for it or anyone getting scammed PERIOD.

I have tried numerous times over the last month and a half to reach theymos and John K with no success with theymos and John K seems to care less. He tells me to contact theymos and after two tries of reaching theymos he says he will look into it but I have yet to hear back from him and it has been about a week. I will pm them both again today to see what happens. If they respond and things get handled then I will junk this thread.

I think they would be more responsive to me if I was a donator or interested in donating to their site. It's always about the moolah. I don't contribute and I don't own a casino so why should they care? I don't want people getting fucked over like I got fucked over so I'm trying to tell them but they don't want to listen.

This is my warning to all new members. If your account gets compromised or something then don't expect the admins to help. They do not care.

Sry to hear that, they are probably flooded with pms and emails every day, hopefully a moderator will spot this and take care of it. GL

Admins do care!!! When I pmed theymos, he replied within a few hours and hot my issue solved by the end of the day... Also, he gets hundreds of pms every day, and you can't expect him to solve each one as soon as he gets it... Give it time...

Fixing compromised accounts is pretty much my lowest priority. It's very time-consuming to do the necessary identity verification, and it's not time-sensitive once the account is banned.

Wouldn't it be more prudent to get more mods for the more important things? Management fail.

Mods cannot do a thing about a compromised account.
