Yobit support are known to be slow, it might take weeks or months for them to respond to your Ticket.
There's no other way to contact them, they don't have facebook or any social media account (There's a twitter user called yobit.net but I think it's fake).

Not only that, there's a scam accussation open against Yobit, you might be able to send PM to official Yobit here, but do mind that their last active are from December 2017
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=406594

Nothin you can do except to wait and hope that Yobit Customer Support replies to your ticket someday, maybe don't use Yobit again next time.
There are many far more reputable exchange than Yobit

Theirs is a support system which leaves their customers feeling desperate and traumatized. They resolve issues when and if they want, totally oblivious to how their negligence might financially ruin people. The silent treatment is what frustrates and worries people, especially those who parked their entire coins on Yobit.

The sad part is that if you google Yobit scam you will be be given a long list of unhappy feedback which might fit an entire book. So you OP are not alone in your desperate effort to recover your coins. Incredibly they are still in operation. They even outlived that other notorious giant BTC-E. People see the scam complaints and yet continue to send their coins to Yobit's hot wallets.

If you are lucky, they might react quickly to your multiple tickets. Worst case scenario is waiting indefinitely. Weeks, maybe even months.

Really appreciate your input. I hope in my case i will be getting a reply to my tickets soon. This has been a nightmare so far, 70 days and no reply. I have sent more then 40 tickets Sad(

I'm sorry for the problem you're experiencing and honestly you will not be able to solve this problem unless you hire a lawyer and report this case to the police. This is the only way you can solve your problem. Look this:

YOBIT SCAMMED ME 15.20780976 ETHEREUM

Yobit emptied my wallets and deleted all history

Yobit is a scam, they not only emptied my wallets but deleted all my history too - it looks like a brand new account!  I have proof of a transfer of 0.105 BTC from Bittrex to Yobit, and that was received on Yobit on 8th Jan.  I then used that to buy 10,000,000 PAC, and I then had a PAC balance of 10,000,000 and a BTC balance of 0.005 (or maybe a bit less due to the transaction fee).  But when I next logged in a month later, all balances are zero.  The worst thing though is that there is absolutely nothing in my history, no record of the deposit of the 0.105 BTC, no record of the purchase of 10,000,000 PAC.  There is no record of any activity ever in my account now, so it's either an honest mixup or outright theft.  Obviously I logged a support ticket but no response whatsoever.  I've also filed a report here just today, so anyone else having similar problems could try this - https://complaint.ic3.gov/default.aspx?#

Greetings Yobit team,
Exactly 70 days ago I have sent 4780 HK tokens to my yobit wallet. This was worth at the time around 40.000 USD when HKN was 8 dollar.
The tokens were sent from orderbook.io to Yobit HKN wallet. The tokens need to be recovered manually is what i understand, for that i need
a member from Yobit exchange to assist me. Still to this day i have not received the tokens in my yobit wallet. I have tried to contact yobit
support numerous times but have not gotten any reaction yet.

I have already contacted members and even the CEO of HKN about this issue. I have been forwarded to yobit support by the ceo of HKN
and will get back to him as soon as i get a reply from Yobit. Their contact support are also trying to contact Yobit from what i understand.

I have sent multiple tickets to yobit through my account on the exchange but still no reply. Anyone that has information for me to get in contact
with yobit please add to this thread, i would appreciate it !!

To the yobit team if you need any additional info to solve this matter let me know and i will provide it.

My contact at HACKEN = Lyubomyr Pavlyk

The worst part of it all is that they don't give a crap when you try to resolve the problem with them by contacting them. Instead of actually solving the problem, they ignore you all day long, while they are listing new coins on their site daily.

They've become a shithole of an exchange that nobody should be using.

Their recent complaints have shifted from the "awaiting approval" withdrawals to ETH smart contract deposits that doesn't get credited into the user's yobit account. And yes, apparently they have to be handled manually. But with their level of competency on the support end, it takes ages or just remains unresolved for months.

If someone from Yobit is watching , plz pm me to discuss my issue.

The only person that is able to solve these kind of matters is the operator of Yobit himself. It has been a one man show for years now. Before crypto started to really boom he could still somewhat handle everything comfortably, but that changed dramatically after the massive influx of new market participants. Yobit's 'support' has no ability to provide any actual help - the only thing they can do is provide you with text based information, and that's really it. There is literally nothing you can do other than to keep contacting Yobit through the usual ways (ie, mail, forum, twitter), and patiently wait till the day comes your matter gets hopefully solved.

Which is a stupid thing to do, when Yobit gain popularity through the community they will need to hire more people or even some sort of system to automate customer's query.
I think this is done on purpose, especially since they are putting signature ads on the forum, they should anticipate the growing numbers of their customers.
If this keeps happening I don't think Yobit will last through 2018, their customers are going to boycott someday Roll Eyes

This is also the first time I hear that the Customer Service that were supposed to help the customers can't help the customer, only thing they can do is to give their customers a few pharagraph of texts to calm them down Tongue

The CEO of Hacken won't be able to help you. So I don't know why you even bothered contacting him. The problem here is on yobit's end and not on hacken's end. Hacken is merely using the Ethereum network to facilitate their token transactions.

Everything is fine with the transaction itself and the token.

What is wrong is that yobit decided to ignore your request of depositing funds and pretty much is doing nothing at the moment. From what I can see you're willing to provide as much info as possible but they're not even giving you any conditions. Which sucks.

Apparently translating support tickets into Russian helps... Have you tried that?

I have made a ticket a russian and sent it, thanks for your input ! appreciate it
70+ days has passed and no reply yet? This is expected for an exchange that does have a very poor support system for their customers.

They have an active chat support name something like dominiq and you can address your concern to their chat box too but it is costly to chat there.

Why? because they are requiring 0.02 BTC on your balance so you can chat.

I cant use the chat, i dont have any balance cause the transaction is stuck. I guess i could send coins there and try it.
That would be your last option, AFAIK if you are about to withdraw that balance after chatting there's a high fee of 0.0012 BTC.

But I hope everything will goes well and according to the suggestion of others too, don't lose hope it's your money and for sure you will recover it soon.

Their ANN thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=914975.0 is mostly like dead and silent for a couple of months.
