Estimate on shipping a single card to US?  Determining if offering on a single card would be better than paying slightly more here with less shipping.

The shipping price depends on the final destination.
But just to give an idea, today I have sent a package in Arkansas and it costed 60€, so around 0.55btc.
I use dhl.
