There could be various amount of reasons why they are losing their value. For example for now some people invested in ICOs earlier so during the big dump they couldn't get their money back because ICO was now over. So now they are finaly panic sell their tokens.
Also the dumped tokens will definetely grow in peice if the project is good. Just read the whitepaper and check how the team is developing the project at this moment. Good tokens usualy are not falling below the ICO price.

Token's value wont improve in just a day,holding these tokens for more months would give you a lot of gains than dumping these tokens as soon as the ICO has ended an the tokens are distributed already,bounty hunters and ico investors are dumping these tokens for some reasons one is they are not confident with the project,two they want to get their profits from their investment,lastly they dont want to wait for more months which is wrong because potentials of these tokens are high compare to the tokens from free airdrops.

Yes you are right but there are some ICO that give benefits to those who participate in the token sale. For instance Bitjob gave airdrops to those who participated in the token sale and not those that bought from exchanges. There are many ICOs that give preference to those who participate in the token sale.

investing in ICOs are pretty same as gambling n casino. IF you wanna get a big chunk of cash - you should risk. Sometimes you lose, but sometimes you get rewarded
