How to know if the airdrop you joined is LEGit or not?
I'm not sure if this will make you easy to decide which legit airdrop but the majority of airdrop look crap in this time. There will be no more airdrop will become a legit project in the future just like decred. As you can see the majority of airdrop right now doesn't provide the business plan that makes sense. They are having only interest to raised a lot of money.
But look at the whitepaper and business plan.

It is hard to tell if eardrop is really legitimate or a scam. There are companies or projects that started good and end up losing in the end so probably they won't be able to pay for eardrops and instead cancels the entire project. Maybe you need to look at the company details, their reputation, the website the airdrop is being facilitated, the persons behind it, and the fedback from thise who have been into the site and have particpated in the air drop

I think it's hard enough to know the legit airdrop. maybe you can learn the masterplan and roadmap airdrp, where if the work program implemented according to the roadmap, I think this is quite promising.

How to know if the airdrop you joined is LEGit or not?

Not sure if there is a way since I fill up everything besides the donation part  Grin Someone says that don't participate on airdrops that is asking for donation because one reason you are joining an airdrop is it is free so why donate?

Whitepaper and roadmap and team members. From my very short time in cryptos, it has done me well to do extra research before paying a dime.

Are you really paying for airdrops? As far as I know it is free so why pay? Or probably you are participating on those send 0 ETH with gas fee?

since airdrop was free giveaway so there is no risk to doing this thing, Legit or not its just like gamble with your luck IMO. dont take airdrop so serrious just participate it when you feel it is right and not wasting your time.
the most important thing in airdrop is dont give our pv key, not giving any donation unless you confidence and support with their project.

actually we cant say this airdrop is legit or not until it received to our wallet. but please do not give your private key to the form. if they asking the private key of the wallet definitely it will be scam one.

How to know if the airdrop you joined is LEGit or not?

It's really hard to know if an airdrop is legit or a scam. Airdrops basically gives us free coins with minimun amount of work or sometimes non at all. But most of the airdrops today are non-profitable or has very low value. Just avoid airdrops that you feel uncomfortable participating in, and also be wary of airdrops that asks for your personal information it might be a scam.

It is difficult to know if the airdrop is legit or not before it happens.  You're just going to have to apply for it and then find out later because many airdrops do not last that long.  Many times I have seen airdrops get full within hours so there is not enough time to research it.

What do you mean by legit? Airdrop is free, you do not need to pay for it so it should be legit as long as you join the 100% free airdrop. No matter how much is the value of the coins/tokens, as long as they do not ask you to pay some eth or ask you to provide private key then it is legit.
If your main point by legit is something related to the value then no one knows about it.

I don't bother with Airdrops for exactly this reason, unless they are of course from an established Crypto i.e WAVES recent BCH Airdrop.

You pay with giving them your information...

They pay you a shitcoin, you give them your name, address, gmail account (google sheets), and dick size..

They then do with it whatever they want.

We don't know since the free token were scheduled to receive long days after filling up the form, it is quite unnecessary to determine how will it matters so we just need to ask the developers if they will make it legit when they give it.

Well, besides wasting time, as long as you are not giving the airdropper personal information, your private key or money, there isn't so much to lose. But as others have said before me, things to lookout for in a non-scam project are: a real team with experience, a reasonable roadmap, a whitepaper, the coin/token addresses a real need (so it isn't useless). If you consider all of these things and use your head, you should be able to avoid scams are plain old garbage projects.

I think it's very difficult to know if the airdrop is legal. Even if you study the road map and the project team, it will not guarantee its validity. In addition, you will spend a very long time. It will take much longer than just filling out the form of this airdrop. I believe that you should not make those airdrops where you are asked to indicate your private key. These are exactly scammers. The rest of the airdrops just need to be done.

How to know if the airdrop you joined is LEGit or not?

If the project has a clear direction of where it's heading at and plus it's got some purpose then usually it is legit.

But these sort of airdrops are rare and usually will require you to hold an amount of some other existing altcoin or bitcoin. That's not an airdrop since you need your own money but they do still call it a snapshot, or an airdrop.

Just be warned though, most airdrops are indeed going to be ones that are trying to get your email or whatnot. Not going to be worth it to invest your time in those. Better off actually investing money into better projects.

to be honest let me say early on so you do not tergermuh in airdrop only if you know airdrop no legit they give you coin with the allocation of so much coin but participants up to tens of thousands you surely only get a little and not beharga, not only that airdrop also can be said as a price destroyer. so you should not play airdrop again because I do not think there is legit.

When you participate in airdrop, there is no tasks assigned. This has made some folks to gamble with it and take whatever comes out.
Deciding if an airdrop is legit is of less concern because you have noting to loss.
