Help with Bitcoind Monitortx and Installation

Currently using Blockchain.info API because my application needs to notify the website after payment has been made.
Help using .bitcoind monitortx to notify my website from the vps running .bticoind

I have been able to setup Bitcoin from the repository     "ppa:bitcoin/bitcoin "
It is working sending payments

It is working from the console, and from the php using an RPC-PHP-Library
I need to notify the website payment has been made.
Please advice how to accomplish this, using Blockchain.info API is not the best or only option th
