Triple check guys because I have cashed out my bitcoin's yesterday only. This exchange is good one and always helped me perform the trades smoothly. I have been analysing my portfolio on the HitBtc since long and it keeps giving me the real time data perfectly.

Is there problem with withdrawal of coins? Oh no way because I use it regularly and I get my coins on desired address on time. So you guys might need to study the exchanger once again and check if you are following the protocol properly. Don't forget you have to confirm the mail links whenever you cash out. Just in case if you missing the steps and not getting the coins.

HitBTC is even trying to improve themselves, introducing a Live Network stat tool. I'm even considering to give them a second change in a month or two if they continue the improvements.

I am using hitbtc also I am having a problem about withdrawal of XEM till 7th of MArch it is pending.
But I can say that this is a problem related with XEM itself not exchange.
I sent and withdraw many times and used exchange often. Also interface is fine.
In generaly I can say that it is not a fraud and they are trying to serve

I don't understand about HITBTC, i ofte hear about this deceit but i can't deny that they are interesting for traders. But for me, i won't join that exchange. Hope HITBTC will solve the problem soon and the persons that suffered will get solution

Like this news has been around for any longer but i dont know whether its true or not.
But so far many people never have this problem in the exchange. But like you told us, hope the suffered people about the exchange can get their solution.

What exactly they stole from you?, how, did they respond to your tickets?

HitBTC is a cryptocurrency exchange from an unknown location that launched in 2014.

We don't really know where they are from but I think that they are chinese exchange or located somewhere else but the devs and team are chinese people, anyways please prove that they stole money from you, in fact we can't do anything but at least taking attention to people to not leave the money there.
I moved the funds from there few months ago and hopefully there was nothing wrong and the process went just perfectly but recenly I'm seeing people that are having issues with withdrawals.

I personally will not support from your lawsuit organization unless you have a strong evidence. I remember somewhere last year I had to wait for almost 3 weeks to have a deposit reflect on my account, never used them ever since,

but with your case not sure how far this has gone but did you try to get in touch with their support team to get an answer for this mishap?

HITBC was my first exchange when I began trading.

I have an account in Hitbtc so far everything is ok.  Do you have proofs of your accusations? How much did they stole? There are lots of these from reddit, how about joining them instead.

HITBC was my first exchange when i begin trading.
Often heard that people don't like Hitbc, but i never had any issue with them.
Maybe they have some problems delays etc, but hard to believe that exchange which is one of the biggest by volume is stealing money.

I also traded a lot on HitBTC and did not have any problems. HitBTC is a great commercial site specially it allows to create multiple wallets in one account for a kind of crypto which is feature i like of it. Maybe the management team of HitBTC does not support the investors so it has not received much support in recent times.

What's the real problem here? Why would file a lawsuit for no reason at all I'm saying this because you're too vague in your statement. What are the details of the problem your facing? Maybe we could help and find some solution that could not lead to lawsuit anymore.in my conclusions i think you are having some issues on their system maybe some malfunctions that can be solved through a proper way of reporting the problem to their support section.

Maybe you should provide some proof here, I have had a bad experience with hitbtc but it was already resolved.
I know they process very slow and they charge huge withdrawal fees especially on Altcoins, please be specific mate so we can help you.

Used them a while back for converting some of my tokens for BTC. All went well on my end, no complaints here.

Maybe they're dealing with huge volumes of support request that's why they can't reply to your queries. This happened with a lot of other exchanges previously too.

Surely people have lost a lot of money so they newly formed a group to litigation hitbtc. My account is not hacked and I still keep $ 28 for me.
I will participate in your event and hope you will get back the money you lost. But first, let me know when you lose and why you lost your property. I can guess it's a hacker or a hitbtc scam.

I also doing trading in hitbtc and I don't find any problem  until my last withdrawal of eBTC last 2weeks my withdrawal was not credited to my account almost 3 days and i decided to cancel but good thing it was credited to my account. the problem with hitbtc technical support doesnt immediately reply it takes 1week forcmy report for their first reply it seems thst if you have problem they can't solve it due to longer time reply with your query

Maybe there is something wrong with Hitbtc. Maybe, we should somehow observed it in few more days if the issue will be solved.  Better that we should hold until everything in Hitbtc will be fixed.

Actually they always make their traders to become disappointed especially when it comes in fees almost all moves has fee in hitbtc and this almost 1 months since they have maintenance about deposit and withdrawal over 60-70% of tokens/coins.This one is really hard to those investors and also to those campaigns they need to consider the  problem of hitbtc and they cant do anything about it.

I was leaving HitBTC since Jan, 2018. The fee of deposit was too high, that is suck. even the withdrawal was nothing mush issue for me, but yes their support was bad, i will not recognize to put your asset there for doing trading even you are small investor.
