My friends account was banned, I'm guessing it's permaban as it did not state how long till he can post again.
My friend did not receive any warnings at all or any temp ban.
So I'm wondering what are the grounds for permaban without warning?

Well it depends on what the ban is for, as well as how severe the actions are. You'll get a warning for spamming, but if you make 20 spam posts, you may not. Things that are more likely to get you a permanent ban are illegal activity (Bitcoin forum != Darknet forum) , posting malware, copy and paste spam, or breaking any rules with the obvious intent to avoid being caught. Warnings are given to those who mistakenly break the rules. If you are trying to cover your tracks, there is far less leniency.

No he's not doing illegal activity at all. I think the closest would be spamming? What do you consider a spam?

Spamming posts are non-sense, one-line, one-word, and non-constructive threads. Something like "Great!", "Yes", "+1", "reserved", "joined", etc.
In addition, spamming posts are repeated posts with same words at different topics in the forum. As time goes on, you will see by chance lots of cheaters in the forum publish same threads over and over again in order to spread information about scam project, scam exchanges, etc.
More seriously, copy & paste without quote will put posters under high risks of permanent bans due to plagiarism.
Furthermore, we also have spamming topics (not only spamming posts), lol.

Mostly the account will get banned if he  copy,paste the post from someone or from the google,and in that case it will be permaban.If you can provide the username then the Mod or the Staff will answer why he was banned.
The other reason that you will get banned if you are involved in the serious trolling but that will be hardly happened.
If that account was banned for spam posting then it maybe the temporary ban so you can wait for the 14 days then login to that account to know about that.

If it is only a regular conversation post then why would he be banned? You said it yourself that the closest would be spamming so it might be the reason why your friend's account is banned. There might be other reasons as well so why not reveal the username of.your friend here in this thread for other members(specially default trust members) to identify the real reason why he/she is banned.

Maybe he is plagiarizing his/her post which is something that you must not do, because you are stealing away the idea from other people which is not yours, to begin with. For me that is what I observed those who got permanently banned because the post he/she constructed is likely copy from the internet.

There are hundreds of similar accounts and thousands of similar posts.
The forum is being used as a free messenger service for these mindless social media campaigns, facilitating low quality spam with no benefit to BCT or the current efforts to improve overall post quality whatsoever.

Please explain to me well. I am already confused as how my original account got ban for social media bounty reports. Not even one here was able to explain properly. Is this considered a spam? Then why are bounty managers permitted to require social media reports in forum and what is it about evading a ban?
Do you mean to say I should not post the work I did and just give my service for free?
I'm not whining I just want to know why because as far as I know social media campaigns have been here for a long time now. They should have put it on forum rules that reporting such should be banned then I will understand, no questions ask.

As long as I don't see a link on the account which is banned, the filing that this is just alt account become stronger and stronger.

To add to this conversation, there are a lot of medium posts (I would call them medium just because there are a lot of shity posts like "Great" "I agree" and so on) which is never brings anything new to the discussion (just general shit about BTC vs ETH). This "medium" quality posts is alowed and they can be done without the deep knowledge of the crypto subject, and with the justified amount of time. I just don't get, why this bounty-spammers can't do this shit in the right way.

Today got good knowledge about banning someone i.e. why someone is banned in the forum.   Though I tried to post the best available known to me but now the rules are clear to me and I will definitely try to do something good here.  Really thankful. 
If we want to have good quality fruits we shall first grow good quality plants and give it proper water and other quality materials only then the plant will grow up and will give us good fruits.  In the same way with good effective helping co operative knowledge sharing in the forum will definitely help growing the bct and ultimately its members will gain.

I think he is trying to say that you have been banned temporarily for 14 days because of spam posts and you will have that account back after that time period but you created another new account for asking about that quaery so you just have to only do posts in the meta section with your new account if your account was banned if you posts in the other sections at the ban time it will leads to permaban.

Posting reports about the social media bounties will not leads to ban but most of the managers are using submit fors for submitting your reposts but still many users posting reports on posts so it will be called as spam posts that's why you are banned temporarily.

If you want to know about the rules more read the rules again which will be stick onto the bounties section.

There is no relation betweeen the ban and negative trust.

Your accound will be given negative trust by the DT members if you are involving in the shady acctivities so they will mark you with the negative trust which means unworthy person to trust.But you still can make psot with the negative trusted accounts.

But ban means you will be no longer able to make post or send personal message to anyone until the ban time if in case it is permaban you will be no longer allowed here.

Okay thanks, I guess thats what he means. But mine doesnt say it is banned temporarily. It says I am unable to post and send messages without a time limit. I am guessing I'm permaban which I still don't understand why.
