[Proposal] sort topics by merit users stat

I suggest such an idea to sort topics by the number of people with a rating
for ex , if topic has the last 3 pages with users rank 3,4,5 or legend , then this topic has a higher rating

I think that is a terrible idea, and would lead to spammers getting priority
