http://blockexplorer.com/tx/be7d44429fbab12a8edad7501ba0ff840107bde7391972d1b4430832618f4b33

You could try contacting them at abuse@upc.at and including as much information as possible (IP, date, time, headers, etc.), if it doesn't work then look here: http://business.upc.at/kontakt/

I know a few people that got their funds stolen from gox, unexplainable, strong password, impossible data fishing, I guess those bastard from gox are accomplice to the thieves.

What I do to avoid phishing is having a laptop that I use only to access my wallet and site related to bitcoins but not forums. Also Im using 22 letter password, composed of upper and lower case letter, numbers... I don't use words from dictionary that could be brute forced much faster. Its not a 100% safe system, but so far, so good.
But most important thing is, NEVER use a computer that you use for normal stuff ( surfing, chatting, exchange of files... ) for accessing your wallet, keep those 2 separated.

Two solutions:

1. Dont keep your coins on any exchange unless you are cashing them out.

2. Setup 2FA asap.
