You should be using reaper, or use these settings:

Worksize 256

What miner?

If you have 7970s, you should be at 100mh/s or more.

0.2.4 crashes? Haven't tried it myself since reaper works fine here...170mh/s with a single 7970 at 1175mhz.

I have also problem if I start second 2.5 .exe. It crashes then. But we do not need to start second 2.5, cause we can start all card in reaper by writing in reaper.conf:
device 0
device 1

Link to reaper:
http://clr.vircurpool.com/site_assets/mmcFE/files/copperlark_reaper.zip

host 127.0.0.1  port 4778, any login and password
2.4 must be running without mining on it! - only connect to a pool.
