I suggest you to take a look at FabricToken (Disclaimer, I both invested and doing their signature campaign).

They have a low hardcap for the ICO 9M, devs are really active on their telegram, max 9 ETH for each person, already have a working product, no ICO bonuses and other bullshit. The only downside is that the ICO ends in 35 days and will probably reach the cap a couple of days before the end.

The first part of their project is a smart contract generator that will go live as soon as the ICO finishes because it needs the token to be able to function. For now they have some basic smart contracts but they will implement more complex ones in the near future.

It can be a little overwhelming with so many out there. The ICO listing sites are a mixed bag because so many ICOs are simply "paying" for their spot on the site. I suggest staying away from security tokens. Utility tokens are the way to go knowing the token has functionality and a true role in the marketplace. I came across Deedcoin. It is real estate based and the market is strong right now. They built a sizeable network before their launch and have already done a real estate transaction with their token.

I'd say Globcoin and Vehicle Lifecycle Blockchain are two really great ICOs going on right now. Both with great team and developers. VLB is already a project with working product which makes them really attractive. I like ICO that has low Hard cap target with a working product's service to be imposed on their blockchain. Also in recent times projects on Education have become quite a hot one. Like Odem which wants to be world's first decentralized educational place!

The best thing I can suggest you research by yourself, otherwise you may become upset with the community at the end.

Yeah I think the best place to look is icobench.com and other ICO review sites. Check the ones with high ratings and do your own research from there.

I think people are too focus on the idea of investing in ICO only to forget to look at the market for gem projects, currently there are some projects in the market that they are currently below their ICO price, the currently market is buyers market and people will fail to buy them now when they are dirty cheap
