Depends, sometimes when bitcoin price go up alt will go down or it the way around sometimes both alt and bitcoin price increase toghether. Bassicaly its all based on supply and demand, when the supply is hugh but have little demand the price will decrease, the opposite will happend if there many demand for coin but have only small supply ( this is mean lot of people holding them ) so the price go up. Or the price can simply go down and up just because FUD, and FOMO. Be a wise trader, always pay atention in candle chart, sometimes it help a lot !
