Moving to Netherlands.

Hello everyone! I have a question: Someone of you maybe got an official job as trader or investor in Netherlands?
I want to leave my country (not in EU) and somehow officially move to the Netherlands. To get a Work Visa as an investor or trader maybe.
I was in Netherlads last year as a tourist and fell in love with that country so much.
