Can I make at least $50,000 profit in 1 year with this portfolio?

An overall x10 is certainly possible, but we'd probably all pick a different set of coins. I tend to have some relatively solid bet high cap coins, some mid cap and a few low cap gambles.
We're only at about 50% of the whole market ATH at the moment, so x2 would take us back to early Jan levels. Another two x2 increases on top of that would be x8 in total, which is near your target. I'd say it's reasonable across the whole market.
As I say though, we all have different favourites, so it's difficult to judge. I would say get some NEO, some XRP, an IoT coin (Hurify and IoT Chain look promising), and maybe an RFID coin (Walton?).

prety decent portfolio you got there.  Obviously i can't say for sure it won't hit 50k but honestly, i would not hope for it as you invested in the bigger projects that are unlikely to do another x10 this year. 

The big gains come from the newer, lower cap projects.  Find one you believe in, and invest a proper amount in it.  High rewards only come at a price, in this case a bigger risk.

The portfolio is really nice but I would have changed some coins to others. with such a portfolio you can achieve a profit of $ 50,000, but this is provided if the market is going to grow very fast.

i would say pick some quality coins from 2nd page of cmc...your current picks aren't that bad, but i am not sure if they are suitable for 10 x

As it were said many times: Nobody can predict his profit even for next day, not even speaking about 1 year period.
If you want fast income - why did you invested in BTC/ETH/LTC? If they grow - they will grow slowly...

It is possible to have at least $50000 profit in 2 year with this portfolio if all the coins increase a lot but it is not going to happen because some coin may increase and the other might decrease.

It still depends on the project development of those coins. No one can say if you can earn at approximately $50,000. Investing on this coins isn't a bad thing but there are still better rated coins than this coins except LTC, NEO, BTC, and ETH. It would be better if next time you just focus on top coins that are available.

I can't comment on all your coins, but to start with, are you sure you can successfully HODL it?
Have you researched your coins thoroughly?

For example, EOS is currently an ERC20 token, but you have to go trough a process (detailed on the official site, eos.io) if you want those tokens to be converted in the EOS coins once the blockchain will be launched in June 2018.
This process is called "claim" and if you don't do it by the end of June 2018, you will be left with worthless ERC20 tokens and exactly 0 EOS on the main chain.

I hope you did your own research for each and every coin, and safeguarded your investments properly.

I'd say around 30,000 for your profit, 50,000 is really ambitious as this is a no-risk table. If you want to win big, you gotta risk big. Unfortunately, this is the situation. I'm not gonna say "go for that coin" and anything like that, do your research, know the risks and invest accordingly. Though, I'd suggest investing in some safety/crypto/anonymity projects, someone mentioned it, they'll go big this year, you might even see more than 50 grand.

quite possible, but no one can say you what will happen with the market in a month. Most of your coins are risky, but in case of growth they will give a good profit. I would have bought more cheap coins to get a big profit. Like DTA, OCN, APPC, KIN.

$50k is almost x9 of you investment , and you selected mostly top coins with high marketcap , where risk is less .

so profit also will be less .

you can make x4 or x5 with this portfolio , x10 will happen if crypto market will be more popular than last year .

Fist of all, do your own research.
Then, in my opinion, I'd put more $500 on NEO and $500 on OMG and I'd remove $500 from LTC and $500 from BTC.

If you are lucky and the coin you have already increase the price they have possibility you can make $50,000 profit after 1 year more waiting.  You can buy a lot of more coins now and for sure you gain more profit.  Better to choose wisely coin so you can reach your target profit.  But remember the price of the coin is depends to the demand on the market. If its increase or not.

Honestly, I think that your profit will become $ 50,000 , if all those currencies will develop with a good value and unfortunately, it's very difficult to achieve your goal and within just 1 year, because some currencies are developing and others are falling. On the other hand, there are some bad choices in your portfolio (like, ICX, SUB, NEB, VEN ,WABI ,POE , LEND , DRGN  , UTRUST ) , in my opinion, if you divide all your budget on  just 5 currencies ( Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, LISK, Cardano) then it is very possibly that your profit after 1 year will become more than $ 40,000 at least. Furthermore,  must know that HODL in many currencies ( like the 15th Altcoins in your portfolio) it may only lead to a small profit.

Sometimes holding your coins for long is not profitable. The market is very volatile we dont know when would be the next big thing or pump the coins you were holding. But for that, I can say possible may reach just catch the price at a very peak rate so you can earned big.

Can't see any privacy coins in your list, those are going to be big this year. If you want 10x then pick some low cap coins and throw them into the mix. Bit of a gamble but potentially very lucrative. XSPEC and deeponion have the lowest cap for decent privacy coins, monero and dash are your slow and steady bets.

Privacy coins are going to become more popular as time passes, we are going to get more regulation each year no less and for those in this market that think of privacy as a right will probably invest heavily in those coins, this means even more regulation will come to those coins, the only danger I see is that coins like that are made illegal by governments trying to limit the freedom of their citizens.

You need 10x but i can not say it is not possible. Crypto world is different to the anothers. It may be 1000 dollars or it can be goes 100 000 dollars.

I'm going to have to agree with most of everyone else.  You need more money in risky alt coins to make 50k from the level of investment you have outlined.  Maybe even an ICO or two.
