Any Camera-like sensor on our mobile devices?

What if the anti-privacy people don't even need our camera to take pictures of our faces? Maybe they rely on other sensors people aren't aware of yet?
Do such sensors exist? Or better still, are there sensors in our mobile phones that can theoretically map out the human body?
