There is no impossible thing in the internet especially when it comes to hacking, if a person has the knowledge to hack like the usage of ads and viruses or entering your date forcefully without us knowing since we don't use high-grade application, they can just easily enter our account, especially we are not careful enough. Like logging too much in the unknown site or similar sites that the reason why some account got phished.

Of course, this incident has been much experienced by some members. And in the estimate, all stuck with phishing links. Or also open from email submissions that state a successful transaction, it would be nice not to click directly, estimate the first link, whether the same or not with a wallet link.

I have been hearing people saying their account got hacked by hackers and each time I hear this I ask myself how is this possible, not until 2day ago I was hit by an hacker! I don't know how he got access to my private key, even if I give you the private key, is as unless as nothing, this is because the private key digits are not complete, to get the complete key you will also have to hack my brain.

In all the various places I stored my private key I always make sure the digits are not complete, in case someone mistakenly get access to it.

But how this guy manage to get access to my key still remains a mystery to me.

The question is, if you have been hacked before what mistakes do you think you did that result to you been hacked. Maybe this will help me find my fault.

It's Myetherwallet account

One thing is for sure, they viewed your ether adress and they see your coins in it. If hackers see that your have large amount of coins or money in ypur account, they that will be the time that they will monitor your activities, find your bitcointalk username, your IP address and emails you use, and tada! They will send you maybe some sited about crypto and once you click on them, they will steal all your information.

Yeah you/we must be careful always.. although you had install already your anti-virus, they had a called FUD ( fully undetectable) viruses.. that can install a rootkit on your system, and it will not be able to detect any anitvirus software.. also.. the url, always check on it.. if it has an extra layer of security..

Most often I heard about hacking Myetherwallet. I personally was stolen from this purse 4000 dollars. But as a rule, we ourselves are to blame for theft. do not install security on our computers and inadvertently go to phishing sites.
I've lost all my altcoins in MyEtherwallet, and I think that's because I sent my private key to register airdrop.
At that time I was new and do not know what is the use of private key

Virus, malware and everything they could use to break into your system. Some good programs can also be used to spy on your computer. Links that you think were nothing were part of the plan. So we should be very ready for it. You should scan your computer always for malware.

Based on my experience, it's possible your account has been hacked through surfing fake site or phising sites or you apply at the airdrop by giving wrong information about your address. You give your private key in applying and hackers can easily access your accounts.

someone who wants to track or access someone else's account to steal all the wallets that are stored in the mail ,, could be .. because some of us sometimes less thoroughly keep all the files in private status. it's easy for hackers to get in to take all the storage in it

Any wallet have it's vulnerability, so you should consider all the risks when you choose what wallet you want to use. Online

wallets are notorious for exploits. Even cold storage are at risk, if you do it wrong. Some people lose coins, because they are

hacked with a man-in-the-middle attack. {An attack where the attacker secretly relays and possibly alters the communication

between two parties who believe they are directly communicating with each other.}  Angry

Myself is also a victim of hacking. And yes, its also myetherwallet to be specific. I am not really sure how they manage to hack, (just feel bad i have my tokens there not that big but still, its worth something). I read some possible reason of how they do it. One os aboit the phising site, i dont remeber opening an email or other site using myetherwallet name. I always type its site address manually. Then, the most possible reason is, keeping my private key in my clipboard (i am using mobile phone, never used pc in opening etherwallet.) so i just wrote my private key in a piece of paper

It's a very sad news that many accounts have been hacked occasionally. Your account may be hacked if your password is weak. Your account may be stolen only if someone knows your password, knows your password. That's why you have to use a very strong password and hardwallet.
