Hello everyone!

I'm really new in this bitcoin thing but I want to start asap.
I was looking at the dificulty levels and wondering if I can get a good return on this machine http://cointerra.com/product/terraminer-ii-1ths-networked-miner-january-batch/ because it seems to me a really nice price.

I don't want any super fast return but I just don't want to waste my money.

Since I'm super new at this I have some questions:

Is it worth the investment?

yes? then should I mine solo or join a pool?

no? then what are my options and why?

Thanks everyone!

Thanks for the answers everyone!

You should look into mining alt-coins

why is that? do you think there is not enough space for another miner? I thought that 1th/s was pretty good, specially for a beginner. And are there any established coins out there?

join a pool

yeah I also think that's the better alternative.
