if your sentinel is working correctly then watchdog expired will be changed to pre enabled then enabled in few hours , you can reach the team on discord for better help ,

Make sure you set up your sentinel in your crontab.  An auto-restart of idapay may be helpful too.  I see you're in new_start_required so it sounds like you need to start it again on your vps and then start again in your wallet.
