The proposed Ca-Or hybrid state of Jefferson should integrate BTC all the way

first of all fuck XBT  its always going to remain called BTC to me!  Thank you CEO of SWIFT for announcing interest in BTC.  and finally, the proposed state of jefferson should be the first state the fully integrates with btc...being able to accept tax payments in btc and allowing for btc to be used as legal tender in conjunction with USD fiat...not to substitute but to supplement  (that wording is key as I belive that USD CANNOT be replaced at all [i think its a crime])
