I sent a transaction without a fee, and need to send it elsewhere, can someone include this tx in a block? I will pay a bounty of .025 to whoever does.

I guess you aren't interested in explaining why you're attempting to doublespend a transaction paying someplace else?

If it's really double-spent then the network will reject a block that contains the transaction above. So why should we care?

It was sent to bitbook, they require two confirms anyway. I just need the money back, as that will not confirm for a very long time.

Block inclusion is rarely under human control. I doubt Pool operaters can accomodate individual block inclusion requests. You are just going to have to wait.

The other payment isn't confirmed yet.

Get your private key, and import it into a different wallet, and then send it with a fee.

It'll confirm, I sent 24BTC with no transaction fee two days ago and almost shit my pants because I thought it would be in limbo forever.  Luckily the next morning the transfer had gone throught.

And even if there will be no confirmation it is not lost forever. Just stop your client from pushing the transaction to the network over and over again. The nodes will forget about this transaction and a few hours later you can send the money again. Bad usability, but technically it works.
