Just started trading on Binance yesterday and unfortunately had a bad experience due to what seemed to be network congestion. Has anyone encountered these sort of issues there?

The coin I was trading had a lot of action and so I'm sure the network was overwhelmed but being completely blocked out of the site mid-trade really crashed my run. I ended up taking a loss when I should have had a large gain. So yeah, a little discouraging. Fortunately I wasn't trading a large amount but I have to say that I'm super hesitant to trade any real volume on Binance after this initial experience.

What are your guys' thoughts on this? Have you had similar experiences trading on their platform? Is this typical or common-place to get totally locked out of the site while trading?

Lastly, are there any alternatives you'd recommend? It's a shame because the platform is really nice for day trading from what I've experienced and I really like the feature set compared to some of the others I've looked into.

Would greatly appreciate your thoughts or hearing about others' experiences with Binance.

Do you have a bittrex account? If yes - it is better to trade there. Binance has been working badly for half a month already.
Even better - more often use pending orders, they will help you in such cases.

Ok, thanks a lot for the tip... I do have a Bittrex account but I guess I need to learn the interface because I'm not very fond of the default layout TBH. But as long as it's functional then I can always use TradingView for reference.

I don’t really agree on this
I do 85% of my trades on binance and congestion ?

Congestion probably occurred from your data ? Network signal or your laptop
Because binance is the most convenient trading site with 2 interface trading mode

Basic view
And Advance view

Maybe your laptop has a low ram
And yes I support bittrex ; observe the website and get used to trading

Happy trading

Thanks for the feedback but it's definitely not an issue with my PC I'd say since I'm trading on a high-end workstation w/ very high-speed internet.

Did you catch the action on NANO last night by chance? After a 150% run-up it started locking up and could not gain access to the site whatsoever. I frantically tried other computers and experienced the same issue so it was definitely not the computer at fault.

The other trades that I made during the day went smooth and I really dig the Binance platform so pretty bummed that I had this issue. I experienced the same thing early this morning around 5-6am on both NANO and LUN which was running really hard as well (currently at 67%).

Curious to know if you've traded any coins that had that level of action because the other trades were totally fine... just not these two.
