Merits and Alts

Theymos launched the merits system to improve the post quality out here, make sure only those who post constructive rank up, but I feel this is a masterstroke on his part.

While I agree people will yet debate about this system and it'll be debated for years to come, I'm focusing on the fact that multiple alts accounts have been left exposed due to this system which publicly displays information.

In their urge to transfer merits, they failed to see that this information was all going to be public, I feel a majority of alts are now in the open and more will follow. Though this was not one of the intention of this system but it has helped to expose many people.

I don't have the stats but if someone has, we should be able to compare the number of alts exposed prior and post merits, it'll be an interesting research.
