my personal list is: *Altair, *Friendz, * VLB. so the choice is conditioned by the following factors. Altair is brilliant at providing educational programs esp in terms of astronomy which is great for upbringing. let's help our children be smart! Friendz -a functioning platform with a revenue stream, which is also promising and appealing. VLB - real experience in the auto industry, QIWI and IMB in a partnership, and low soft/hard caps that makes the whole ico easy to implement.

Take a look at FarmaTrust: their goal is to use the ethereum blockchain to keep record and track single packages of pharmaceuticals through the supply chain. I will be a pharmacist in few months so i know how great this project can be. The possibility to track medicines allows people to take original drugs, avoiding adverse reactions or simply giving a treatment that otherwise they wouldn't receive since many fake drugs simply don't have an active substance (molecule), do you want an example? Artemisinin, an antimalarial drug extracted from Artemisia Annua, you wouldn't believe how much counterfeit is this drug: the implications are pretty obvious, and this could end in death of patients like it's already happening too many times. The platfrom built by FarmaTrust will eliminate counterfeits even for developing Countries, but even for developed ones in Europe and US simply using QR codes or SMS/vocal call. They have already a working product.

Merit has been awarded to those highlighting ICOs that interest me. To summarize, I believe Zilliqa, Elastos, Wanchain, Cypherium and Friendz have the most potential.

I have now updated OP with a few more parameters, please suggest ICOs and coins with a sub $5 token cost in order to be eligible for meriting, unless you happen to know something that will skyrocket despite being >$5.

So, I've just read through the Ethereum, DASH and NEO whitepapers, and I'm astounded at how obvious it is that these currencies would succeed, I wish I had read these when they were announced. Now, I'm looking for some NEW ICOs or altcoins that are either in development now, or have just been released (within the last 6-12 months maximum).

I would like you to suggest your favourite up and coming ICOs and/or altcoins, and explain why you think they are going to be the next big thing. I will be meriting the best answers, and if your answer is truly outstanding I will tell others about it, resulting in more merit for you.

1.Apollo 18 is a new ICO in it's infancy which is for mining and has a dividend sharing scheme

Not an authority by any means, but here is my suggestion.

Divi (Divx) - Huge potential especially when converted and released to public in a few months time. Detailed road map that they keep constantly updated to keep track on the progress. Staggered master nodes depending on number of coins held. Aiming for mass adoption with simplification for 'inexperienced' users. Currently trading at approx. $2.50, but did hit as high as $12 back in the day (beginning of January!). 'Unfortunately' only trading on Cryptopia, but in my opinion definitely flying under the radar at the moment.

ICOs, I think I'll be watching this thread to pick up some ideas. My eyes are on Immvrse and Horizon, but I wouldn't be confident enough to recommend them yet.
